Refund policy

We want you to love your hoodie. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Defective or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email legendszip@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Not eligible: Worn, washed, or damaged-by-customer items, and final-sale/clearance items.

Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong one. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven't shipped.
